2) Data Collection When Visiting Our Website

When using our website purely for informational purposes, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary to display the website to you:

All data collected on our website are processed on Wix servers. As part of these services, data may also be transferred to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA.

For data transfers to Wix in Israel, an adequacy decision by the European Commission ensures an adequate level of data protection. Wix Inc. in the USA is certified under the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield framework, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

4) Cookies

5) Contact

The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your request pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention requirements apply.

6) Online Marketing

Facebook Pixel for Creating Custom Audiences with Advanced Matching

Within our online offering, the so-called “Facebook Pixel” of the social network Facebook is used in advanced matching mode, operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”).

Based on the user’s explicit consent, when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook, the URL of our linked page is supplemented by a parameter via the Facebook Pixel. This URL parameter is then stored in the user’s browser via a cookie, which is set by our linked page. This cookie records specific customer data, such as email addresses, which we collect on our website in connection with actions like purchases, account registrations, or sign-ups (advanced matching). The cookie is then read by the Facebook Pixel and enables forwarding of the data, including specific customer data, to Facebook.

Using the Facebook Pixel with advanced matching enables Facebook to identify visitors of our online offering as a target group for displaying ads (so-called “Facebook Ads”). Accordingly, we use the Facebook Pixel with advanced matching to ensure that our Facebook Ads are only shown to users who have expressed an interest in our online offering or who exhibit specific characteristics (e.g., interests determined by visited websites), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called “Custom Audiences”).

These processing activities are carried out exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to a server of Facebook Inc. in the USA and stored there. Facebook Inc. is certified under the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield framework, ensuring compliance with the EU level of data protection.

You may revoke your consent at any time by disabling Facebook Pixel tracking. To do this, you can click the opt-out link provided, which sets an opt-out cookie in your browser. Please note that this cookie only works for this browser and this domain. If you delete your cookies, you must click the link again.

7) Retargeting / Remarketing / Referral Advertising

Our website uses Google Ads Remarketing functions to advertise this website in Google search results as well as on third-party websites. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”).

8.2 Google Web Fonts

This site uses web fonts provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”) for the uniform display of fonts. When accessing a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its cache.

For this, your browser must connect to Google’s servers, which may involve transferring personal data to Google LLC servers in the USA. This informs Google that your IP address accessed our website.
